Build matching the exacting standard of Historical inspection.

You should be able to pass inspection provided you idle your engine a bit as such it'll get warm and you'll be able to beat emissions. Historical inspection criteria have also been met. As for any other progress in the game, none was made. A lot of jobs on the whiteboard and a future either being a 9-5 drone or the legendary "Taksi Mies" awaits you. Enjoy.
