We Don't Go To Red Mountain - Ghostgate Locked

I thought the whole point of the Ghostfence was to quarantine off Red Mountain but it seems like they just let anyone waltz in or out of there so I made this.

Red Mountain is now off-limits to everyone except those with permission from the temple or those who are part of a sanctioned mining operation.

The Ghostgate is locked until you receive Wraithguard from Vivec or reach the rank of Curate in the Tribunal Temple ( So you can complete Cleaver of St. Felms and Crosier of St. Llothis the Pious quests )

The Shrine of Pride has now been moved just outside the Ghostgate, next to where those two Ashlanders camp.

The Pilgrims Path has been edited to reflect this change.

The journal entry you receive after Vivec gives you Wraithguard has been changed to let you know you can now pass through the Ghostgate.

An Ordinator has been added outside the gate who will unlock it for you when spoken to. Don't worry if he gets murdered by cliffracers, he respawns.

You can still levitate over the Ghostfence or sneak in through a cave if you want to go there early.
