Makes them into less of a crutch for every character.
Enchanted items must be recharged manually by using soulgems.
Now souls and soulgems below grand actually might see some use.
Enchanted items are still really good but they are a lot less OP.
Now it's a lot harder to completely replace magic with enchanted items like I often do. (By making a ring for every effect.)
The enchanting skill is now a lot more useful.
