Fixes spinning daedric crescent
I think I've posted this before but recently am playing again on Android, realized once again the crescent spins at 30000 rpm. This fixes those! You only have to replace the NIF file in the meshes with the one you want! I like horizontal. Mostly fixed for myself then figured I should share it as it took a bit to fine tune the angles and find the corresponding variables to do so.
