Finally I have fixed the mod, I have uploaded the file with the old name to not mess with Mlox load order.

"For some reason, this mod seems to float the door to Nund up in the air. Deleting objects ex_cave_door_01 and ex_de_cave_entrance_01 from the cell "Ascadian Isles Region (5,-12)" in this plugin fixes it for me."
"If you don't like the pickpockets, you can eliminate them all very easily. Go into the TESCS, open the mod, and delete the leveled creature called "_vivec_pp_RD" and save the mod.
I have fixed the floating door, deleted the pickpockets and cleaned the mod.
