Alters GMSTs to remove stamina cost from attacks.
First Mod, should be clean.
I've recently gotten OpenMW VR up and running, but I get frustrated by my character tiring before me, so this is a simple edit to remove fatigue cost for attacking.
I already have athsma, why is my character trying to out-suck me?
Running/jumping etc. still costs stamina, and I've made other edits based on https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48451
I don't intend to do anything else with this, but I couldn't find a mod that did this in particular, so maybe someone else will find it useful?
