WHAT THIS MOD DO:
Adds a new item to the called Willie Burns in that is located in Fargoth House (Seyde Neen) in his table you first going to need to lockpick the door and open and grab the Spear
THE TWO VERSIONS:Vanilla Willie Burns: Is the original version with the Willie Burns with the 200 Fire Damage on 5 seconds Balanced Willie Burns: This is the more balanced version where the Fire Damage is now 50 points and only last for 1 second
Grab the ''William Burns.esp'' no matter what the version and drop it inside your Main Morrowind Data Folder and activate in the Plugins Menu on the Data Files in The Morrowind Launcher
HOW TO UNISTALL:Just delete the ''William Burns.esp'' from your Morrowind Data Folder
