This mod adds a medium size player home near the south gate of Dragonstar east which can be purchased through a very short quest activated upon reading the flyer posted to the door or on the noticeboard in the Dragonstar Census and Excise office. It can then be purchased form Leivar in the Castle Dragonstar Throne Room for 7500 septims.
The house contains three floors which consists of
-A dining area
-A storage and display room
-A bathroom
-A balcony with views over the Dragonstar Arena
