The Consolations of Prayer

In Morrowind Shrines kind of suck, getting buffs from all the Temple Shrines gives a few meager bonuses which are hardly worth the cost, this seeks to rectify this and make the Shrines give decent bonuses thus making it worthwhile for an Ordinator or Armiger (or other Temple Faithful) to receive the blessings before heading out on a dangerous quest.
