📋 About This Mod
The Ash mastery ability (summon ash storm) from the Baluath amulet now works all over Morrowind.As a Baluath vampire you'll also get the Vampire Ashstorm Illusion spell (ash storm for 3 minutes).
The ash storm would only work in the Armun Ashland and Othreleth Woods regions. It's now available everywhere. Duration increased from 2 to 3 minutes.
When the effect ends, a random weather is applied.
The ability is also available as an Illusion spell (very mana costly), "Vampire Ashstorm". Contrary to the amulet its use is not limited to once a day.
A robe very useful to vampires has now more penalties.
If you're already a member of the Baluath clan, you can add the spell with:
player->AddSpell MOI_illusion_ashtorm
(yes, with "ashtorm" typo for now)
This was made as an .omwaddon but the .esp should work normally.
