The Bipolar Blade 1500-Enchantment Version

Removed the Bipolar Blade's enchantment and altered its enchantment to 1,500. I feel as though this is what the blade was meant to be. And being a spiritual wielder and posessor of the blade, and having powers over space and time(i 100% goty morrowind on og xbox. Loved the load times). I can surely judge that the shape of the blade in and of itself is what gives the BiPolar Blade its name. Therefore I have removed the enchantment because I want to be able to defend myself with it and seeing as how people react to my powers, i can say clearly, that I am the Sole wielder of the "Bipolar Stormsurge Blade" crafted using the soul of Almalexia. It has the power of every element and causes weakness to each one, when used. I hope you all have fun with this little edit. Includes a version for the base game as well as Morrowind Rebirth.
