Temple Balmora OAAB-ified and TR'd

There are some amazing mods for Balmora's temple already, but I wanted to make one that would require minimal compatibility patches, while still having its own unique look and feel.

The mod features:

- Clutter at the top walkway of the Velothi dome (compatible with Throat-Singing Temple Singers)

- Narrative clutter in the main upper temple - an area where Paupers are educated by the Temple as mentioned in their My Trade topic, for instance

- More offerings at shrines and ash pits

- More personal clutter in temple attendant's rooms

- A lot of funerary urns in the lower floor crypt, as well as other ceremonial items and displays

- A reading corner, with several scrolls of temple scripture to study. These have been written by me, some are brand new for this mod, some are from my Skyrim mod Apocryphal Library

The mod touches and moves almost only a few vanilla items, so it should be compatible with almost everything that isn't another Balmora Temple overhaul. Only touches the interior. Clutter has mostly been placed to the side and in the corners where things won't overlap, but let me know in the comments if things need to be moved around to accommodate other mods.
