SV Better Berserk

Better berserk changes the Orcs innate power from -100 agility to a drain agility effect that reaches -100 over time, I feel like this is fairer than vanilla where the ability makes you very stagger prone and invalidates a lot of its combat strength. Instead, as time goes on and exhaustion takes over you become less and less able to dodge attacks.

I also doubled the hitpoints gained from +20 to +40 so you can take a few more hits and have the effect scale reasonably well further into the game.

It achieves this by adding a drain agility effect -2 for 100 seconds along with a restore agility effect +1 for 200 seconds. This encourages a fast and aggressive playstyle where the timer runs against you as you try to slay your enemies.

Everything else is unchanged.
