Adds a programmable Dwemer computer to OpenMW

As you may already guessed from the title, it's yet another in-game computer I've made for OpenMW.

This time, however, you don't need a special version of OpenMW to run it.

Actually, you can try to run it in vanilla Morrowind as well!

Installation: as usual. Copy everything to your Morrowind installation folder. Should not overwrite anything.

Location: North-West of Dagon Fel. You'll see new location called "Old Dagon Fel mine". The unmarked mini-quest starts here.

Language selection: please read README file included, mod itself is available in English and Russian (both included in the archive).

The mod also contains a C-to-ESP compiler, which enables you to program the machine in a simplified dialect of C (thanks to HSQ).

Ways to improve/port this mod to vanilla MW:

[]You can shrink the amount of RAM this machine have (you'll need to edit script 'ABigMemoryScript')
[]You can use the hacked version of TES3CS (saw it somewhere on the Internet years ago, can't quickly find a link now), which removes the size constraint for compiled scripts
