Fix for object Ref ID "Light_De_Streetlight_01_223".
If you're like me you may have noticed that many of the lights in Morrowind after extensive modding are broken. Particularly, "Light_De_Streetlight_01_223" which failed to create adequate lighting effects on walls due to an error in the construction set. I fixed it. It turns out the mod in question causing the issue was "Castle Wars" Castle Wars 3 Ultimate at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community. Load this "LightFix.esp" after "Castle Wars" and it will be fixed.
