Skyrim-Inspired Lockpicking for Controller

Skyrim lockpicking but in Morrowind, and now with controller support. OpenMW 0. 50+

This is a standalone edit to ZimAxPlomba's Skyrim-Inspired Lockpicking mod which allows it to be used with a controller (though it still works for mouse and keyboard too). Controller settings can be tuned in the in-game scripts menu.

Use the right stick to move the pick. It generally works best if you move the stick to the edge, then move it around from there. Moving the left stick turns the lock itself.

Don't like something? You can tweak the difficulty in settings

• []Difficulty multiplier - affects every lock difficulty.[/]

  []Sweetspot angle multiplier - affets the size of the angle at which you can open the lock[/]

  []Partial spot angle multiplier - affects the size of the angle at which you can partially turn the lock[/]

  []Time to break multiplier - affects how soon the pick will get damaged[/]

  []Lock too complex - Enables vanilla behavior forbidding from opening too hard locks (for you)[/]

  []Automatic lockpicking - With this on, activate the doors to start lockpicking, no equipping necessary. It will select the best lockpick/probe in the inventory.[/]

  []Override automatic lockpicking - Let's you interact with the doors without starting lockpicking minigame. Useful if you want to trigger the trap.[/]

  []Enable lockpicking - enables/disables unlocking locks using this mod[/]

  []Enable disarming - enables/disables disarming traps using this mod[/]

  []Additional skill gain - gives more skill gain for unlocking harder locks[/]
