Shishi is in a strategic location, for combating the Sixth House and of course the Telvanni, it is also the only velothi tower in the Redoran controlled lands. (Except Arvs-Drelen)
A small amount of clutter is added before the quest, but after the quest is completed, it adds more furniture, beds, and a merchant selling a small amount of food and restore health potions.
