📋 About This Mod
Doubles all the stats that differentiate the in-game species you can play as. High Elves are 1.2 in height instead of 1.1, Wood elves are 0.8 in height instead of 0.9, an attribute bonus of +10 is now +20, and so on. Optionally, you can
I really like the differences in the different species you can play as, so I made a mod that doubles the differences between them.
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Races has all the info you need. For attributes, double how far away a buff/penalty is from the base of 40, for size/weight to the same for distance from 1. 0, and all skill bonuses are doubled. Included is an optional file to also double the Abilities/Resistances, Powers, and spell efects you get as well.
See Pictures for examples!
Be super extremely tall as an Altmer, or super extremely short as a Wood Elf! Know Immediately what enemies you're facing! Reach max Endurance that much faster! Be too weak to actually join some guilds and groups!
Media:
The screenshots are of character creation, and of the viewpoints of a male orc, male dunmer, male nord, and male altmer Player. The video shows the Speed/Weight Issue (see below) and what the game looks like in motion, as a male orc with 55 speed and 35 athletics.

Possible Issues:
Low Personality:
Argonians, Male Dunmer, Nords, Orcs, and Male Redguards all have a penalty to Personality down to just 20 points. Female Orcs have it even worse, with the lowest personality in the base game, giving them a personality of just 10 in my mod. Plan accordingly, you may get attacked by some enemies when you normally wouldn't be due to low disposition, which can be somewhat alleviated (or worsened) by joining a guild. The inverse is also true, if you're playing an Imperial.
The Speed/Weight Issue:
In Morrowind, it is "weight" (width), not "height" that determines how fast you move, before any stats are applied, with heavier weights increasing speed. (According to OpenMW it also affects spell projectile speed.) Because of this, a maxed out Male Orc is notably faster than a maxed out Female Dunmer/Bosmer/Breton, even in the base game. This can be fixed by turning on the "Normalize Racial Speed" setting for your specific install (Code Patch or OpenMW). However, if you want to leave it on (which I recommend because it's funny) Male Orcs, Male Nords, and Male Imperials will be much faster than they appear to be, even when heavily encumbered. Plan accordingly, see video for an example.
The Size Issue:
I haven't done any extensive testing, but it's possible that High Elves might have trouble going through some doors. If you ever get stuck, just toggle clipping in the console by using the "tcl" command.
Resistances, Abilities, Powers, and Spells:
Because doubling the resistances and weaknesses and abilities of every NPC in the game would drastically change how the game is played, and make things like vampirism a lot less accessible to the player (for ra
