A less intense version of Accurate Attacks, as well as adjusting some races' carry values.

Adds the following Ability to all races. Precision: Fortify Attack, 50pts

So why do this, when Accurate Attacks already exists? While I like Accurate Attacks, I feel that a 1000pt fortify is far too excessive. The reduced fortify makes a notable difference, while also making your skill matter, and allowing Sanctuary to have a noticeable effect.

Adds the following Ability to Argonians and Khajiit. Stout: Feather, 20pts

Adds the following Ability to Nords and Redguards. Burly: Feather, 35pts

Adds the following Ability to Orcs. Hulking: Feather, 50pts
