Polycount unchanged from original -- I just re-scaled and moved the parts of the mesh so that it doesn't look stupid anymore (imo).
Of course, this doesn't look as good as importing a skyrim/oblivion mesh, but I would reserve those for unique artifacts.
Tested on Dunmer female head. I don't know if any other head type would cause clipping issues or not. If it does, then just adjust it yourself in nifskope... scale it to be bigger or whatever. But it'll probably be fine.
