Compatibility patch between Imperial Bank and Beautiful Cities of Morrowind.

[]Tidied up the exterior of the Balmora branch and moved the well blocking the entrance
[]Moved the Vivec branch from the exterior of the Foreign Quarter to the interior of BCOM's Foreign Quarter waistworks, down the hall and to the left if you are exiting the Imperial Employment Office
Those are the only two incompatibilities I could find. If there are any more let me know.
Unfortunately vaelta44 deleted their account but the fantastic Imperial Bank mod can still be downloaded from here. This is version 8. 6, the final version before the mod was pulled, updated for Grasping Fortune and with addons for Cyrodiil and Skyrim. vaelta44, if you are still out there, please come back, you were one of my favourite modders :(
