Restores a cut effect from the Mephala's Skill spell.
This is a simple mod. In earlier versions of Morrowind, Mephala's Skill had- on top of its other effects- a "Fortify Short Blade" effect. This was removed in a patch. "Why" is a question I don't care enough to answer, because this .esp file puts it back in.
