Adds immersive and nostalgic ambient sound to the Hall of Justice in Vivec.
A switch next to each main entry door will enable and disable the new sounds, if you don't like the sounds but don't want to take the trouble to uninstall the mod.
This mod only uses vanilla Morrowind scripts, so it should be completely compatible with OpenMW.
May conflict with mods that change the interior of the Hall of Justice, but only if they affect the location of the sound control switches.
