During Tales and Tallows's nights a Headless Horseman return for his vengeance.
Some say it's just a story to scare children others that he was just a crazy old man who killed for no reason.
But others say that during the night, a knight with a pumpkin for a head appears south of Ebonheart.
This mod add strong npc and sword based on Headless Horseman and his sword from the Movie "Sleepy Hollow".
