Factor's Estate Extended

This mod extends the Factor's estate in Raven Rock. Mod only adds static objects — everything else must be acquired and placed directly during the game.

- An improved house mesh by CemKey, expanding the top floor to accommodate more cabinets, storage containers, and decorative elements.

- Added a wall separating part of the entrance area .

- Added various containers, decorative elements, and some items.

- The tower now includes containers, shelves, and a staircase leading to the alchemy laboratory.

- Since version 2. 0, the alchemy laboratory has been moved to the top of the tower.

- Added a writing desk, bookshelves, and more storage chests.

- The bed and chest have been moved to the far side of the room.

- The main room now features a work desk and bookcases for storing books and other items.

- Added a fireplace with chairs nearby as a decorative feature.

All light sources without a physical origin have been removed and replaced with additional lamps and candles where needed.

Installation:

Copy the "Data Files" to your game folder and select the "Factor's Estate Extended.esp" file in the game launcher or use a mod manager.

Расширение поместья Фактора

Данный мод расширяет поместье Фактора в Вороньей скале. Поместье сделано для игры, а не для жизни, поэтому в моде присутствуют всякие игровые условности. Изначально мод делался для себя, поэтому добавлены только статичные объекты, а все остальное нужно раздобыть и расставить непосредственно во время игры. Я играю барахольщиком и собираю все что дают, а все что не дают беру сам.

Внесенные изменения:

Доработанная модель дома от CemKey, расширяющая 2 этаж, которая позволила разместить больше шкафов и контейнеров для предметов, ну и декоративных элементов тоже.

- установлена стена, отделяющая часть пространства на входе. (На Солтсхейме холодно).

- добавлены всякие контейнеры и декоративные элементы, а также некоторые предметы.

- В башню добавлены контейнеры, полки, лестница в Алхимическую лабораторию.

Алхимическая лаборатория

- начиная с версии 2. 0 алхимическая лаборатория переехала в верхнюю часть башни;

- добавлен письменный стол, книжные стеллажи, больше ящиков для хранения;
