Makes Creeper and Mudcrab have no coin on hand for people who think they're cheat.
I've searched for mod anything that makes me unable to "get rich" so Mudcrab and Creeper was one of issue I'm tackling, BUT all the mods out there just make them richer. There was ONE mod that can solve my problem, was deleting them from game completely, I don't like that approach - I mean I want to see them in game, I still want to purchase items from them.
I just make them have 0 coin on hand, and no other change.
No GMST, cleaned with MEE.
