Clean all spell effects at start

Unlike other mods, this one is clean and smooth. No messing with spell merchants, no additional scripts. I created 14 spells with all the effects available for spell-making, except "fortify skill" and "absorb skill", and added "player->addspell" command to the existing tutorial message-box script when you pick up Fargoth's ring. I highly recommend using the Invisible Spell Effect Library to sync effects and delete spells from your list.
