Description
Embark on a short quest to gain the power of transmuting items into gold: Chrysopoeia. Search for the most learned alchemist on the island of Morrowind to find it. But, remember, nothing is free...
This mod adds a miniquest to unlock a new spell, "Chrysopoeia". When you cast the spell, you will be able to select an item in your inventory to transmute into gold. The amount of gold you receive depends on your alteration and willpower levels. The spell has no magical cost, but is not free. I believe it is fairly balanced, but I don't want to spoil it too much.
With the addition of Magicka Expanded, Chrysopoeia is now a fully functional magic effect that can be used in spellmaking and enchanted.
To begin the miniquest, talk to anyone about the latest rumours.
This mod IS NOT compatible with OpenMW, at least until support for MWSE mods is added.

This mod requires the most recently nightly build of MWSE. Please be sure to run the mwse-update.exe before playing this mod.
This mod requires my magic framework, Magicka Expanded. You do not have to install the spell packs, but the base package is required. This allows a much more stable and robust implementation of the spell.
Permissions
This mod may be utilized for any purpose for Morrowind, as long as you credit me as the original author, except as described below. It may not be used for other games.

The icons are modders' resources free to use in your mods, provided that you include a link to RFD's Nexus profile in your mod's credits.
Please do not edit the .dds files (because of compression). Contact RFD for the source files instead. You may not include these files in a compilation without RFD's permission.
