Description
This mod seeks to enhance the security skill by adding some QOL updates to Morrowind:
Lockpicks
- Hotkey for Lockpick
- Cycling options for Lockpicks (what happens when you press the hotkey)
- Auto equip when activating a locked object
Probes
- Hotkey for Probes
- Cycling options for Probes (same as before)
- Auto equip when activating a trapped object
New in 2. 0:
- Auto-Equip will no longer trigger if you have a key to the locked / trapped object.
- Auto-Equip will automatically re-equip your weapon after looking away from the locked / trapped object OR unlocking / disarming it.
- Many, many bugfixes included from 1. 4-1. 5.
- Major refactor of the mod: Update MWSE and check your MCM settings!
All options for the settings above are configurable through the in-game MCM options.
I recommend looking at Skill-based Trap Detection to use in conjunction with this mod. If you use this mod, you should disable auto-equip when activating a trapped object in the MCM menu.
This mod IS NOT compatible with OpenMW, at least until support for MWSE mods is added.

This mod requires the most recently nightly build of MWSE. Please be sure to run the mwse-update.exe before playing this mod.
