Bound Leggings for Beasts

One of my favourite Morrowind mods is Adul's Leggings for Beast races, which adds leggings to the game that beasts can wear instead of boots. If you play as a beast race Conjurer though, even though Daedric Leggings exist, there's no Bound Leggings spell which is sad!

I decided to teach myself modding and MWSE by adding a Bound Leggings spell to the game. The leggings have exactly the same stats, enchantment, default cost and duration as the Bound Boots spell. The spell is sold by all vendors in the game who already sell the Bound Boots spell.
