Based on «Alternative Rat Sound» from 2012. Uses the "moan" asset also for "scream" and "roar". This is for those of us who don't like the sounds the rats make when you punch them with fists or other weapons. The sound in the original mod

All this mod does is copy the original file to two new locations, replacing the roar and scream sounds.
This fixes a minor annoyance for playthroughs where punching things a bunch is the way.
