📋 About This Mod
Compared to other great houses, the Redoran architecture set lacks variety. A stroll through Ald’ruhn exposes a noticeable redundancy, with most huts looking very similar. Thanks to OAAB and TD, we now enjoy a variety of new Redoran buildings.
This mod simply replaces a few buildings with new ones to improve variety.
These new buildings have dedicated interiors. As the exterior was changed, the interior had to be edited too—sometimes even to extreme measures. This can create compatibility issues.
Most edits should be conflict-free, but the most potentially problematic change is to the 'Rat in the Pot.' This specific alteration is optional. If you encounter a mod that conflicts with these changes, it's up to you to decide whether to create a patch or skip the edits.
One mod that I knew would conflict with the new Rat in the Pot is Nine Holes, but I made sure it’s compatible without any need for a patch.
Installation
01 The Rat in the Pot: changes the exterior and the interior of The Rat in The Pot.
02 Concept art hut: This module incorporates the concept art hut as seen in the official drawing by Michael Kirkbride. It comes with a full interior overhaul of Ienas Sarandas's House. According to the vanilla quest, this house belonged to a once-wealthy family. I found it peculiar that it lacked a second floor, especially considering that most commoners' houses are two stories. Skip this one if you use BCoM, as it's directly taken from BCoM.
03 Game of Three Cups: patch for Antares' Game of Three Cups, only needed if you use the Rat in the Pot esp.
04 Correspondances of Morrowind patch, only needed if you use the Rat in the Pot esp. There's a vanilla and a BCoM version.
05 Priviledges&Services patch, needs to load after the original mod.
The mod goes well with:
URH - Khuul and URH - Ald Velothi
Maar Gan - Town of Pilgrimage
