Akaviri Spy Balloons
In the waning years of the Third Era, sensing The Empire's weakness, Akaviri Spy Balloons have been invading the skies of Tamriel. How will the ailing emperor respond to this provocation?
When crossing outdoor cell boundaries spy balloons will sometimes appear in the sky behind the player. They bob up and down and then rapidly ascend out of sight/delete after 2 minutes.
Does not work with vanilla. This is because MGE-XE distant land cannot display activators that are spawned in via scripts mid play session so you are unable to see the balloons. I guess they will be there if you go up high in the sky and look for them maybe but that defeats the point.
