📋 About This Mod
Reduces the opacity of the enchantment glow effect, with varying options. Includes 0% opacity option. FOMOD included, no requirements!
What is this?
This mod is just a simple texture replacer that reduces the opacity of the magic/enchantment glow seen on enchanted items. Has a variety of options, some of them much more subtle than other replacers I've found on the nexus, and it includes a quick and easy FOMOD installation, and doesn't require anything. Works & tested on fully vanilla Morrowind.
While there are other mods that do the same thing, they usually don't have many opacity options, particularly for the lower opacity options. Before I started creating mods for morrowind, I could never find a replacer that had a properly subtle effect - one you might not notice until you get a closer look. Because I couldn't find anything that suited my tastes, I always just removed the enchantment effect altogether. Now that I'm beginning to create mods, I've decided to release a mod with very subtle effects as options, as well as a FOMOD for easier/quicker installation.
Installation
Install using Mod Organizer 2 to use the FOMOD, or simply open the folder of your preferred option and move the folder named 'textures' into your Morrowind data files.
Requirements
None.
