On-screen Quest and Character Tracker

On-Screen Quest Tracker allows you to track a quest and view its current objectives while playing.

Open the Journal, select a quest or job, and use Track Quest. Use it again on the tracked entry to stop tracking it.

Tracked entries are marked with in the Journal. New quests and jobs can optionally be tracked automatically.

Direction Pins

Characters can be pinned from the Relationships menu or from their unlocked icons on the map. Multiple characters can be pinned, and they are marked with .

You can also pin a location icon or place one custom pin anywhere on the map. Placing another custom pin moves the existing one.

Direction markers guide you towards pinned characters and locations, including the next exit when travelling between areas. When a pin or exit is visible, its marker can appear directly at that position.

The overlays are only shown during normal gameplay and remain hidden during decorating, cutscenes, and other player states.

The configuration file allows you to:

  []Change the quest text transparency.[/]

  []Choose whether markers appear over visible entirances.[/]

  Controls

  The mod adds new Track Quest and Pin bindings under:

  Settings > Controls > UI

  Their default bindings are:

  Controller: Gamepad South

  Keyboard & Mouse 1: Enter

  Keyboard & Mouse 2: Left Mouse Button

  Button prompts are shown in the relevant Journal screens, and the bindings can be changed normally from the Controls menu.
