Longer Health and Stamina Bars (visually)

This mod increases the size of the health and stamina bars to make them a bit easier to monitor, so you have less of those oh-I'm-almost-dead moments.

I spent two entire days trying to make a version where they go across the whole screen like in classic MH, but the end result wasn't satisfying (reasons listed below), so in this completed version the bars at 200 span half way across the screen.

Weirdly, the mantles and the two gauges scale together, so the mantles are bigger as well and needed to be moved further to the left.

I used some trickery with Vheos777's MHWPatcher to find out roughly where the UI scale values are stored.

Reasons full width didn't work:

- the bars don't only get longer, but also fatter, leading to spacing issues + too much visual distraction because they're too low on the screen

- I therefore tried making the textures narrower but that lead to some unwanted effects showing up

- the amount you can move UI parts around with the values I found isn't enough to arrange everything without overlap

- in two days of changing values and checking what they change in game, I still couldn't find values that move the weapon gauges and some of the other UI parts in that area

- I have zero experience in HEX editing and was only able to use a combination of logic + trial and error, therefore, analyzing everything would take me months
