Red Magic Bow effects enhancement (Iceborne ready)

This mod is only visual. There is no damage change.

Enhance the bow visual effects to make its gameplay even more satisfying.

All the bow moves are now filled with red magic to match all playstyles.

How to install :

First you will need the stracker's loader mod.

Then you can extract the downloaded zip and put the nativePC forlder of the zip in the nativePC folder of Monster Hunter World.

If you don't have a nativePC folder next to the game executable, simply put the one from this mod there.

How to uninstall :

You will have to delete the folder wp11 located in the nativePC folder :

"Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\nativePC\vfx\efx\wp\wp11"

Is this mod compatible with ?

As long as it is not an other bow effect mod it is compatible.

I installed the mod but the new effects are not showing ?

You need the stracker's loader mod with its last update. It is needed for most mod anyway.

When Monster hunter world get an update, the loader need to get updated, please be patient.

I like the effect but I hate the color red, can you change it ?

For now i'm not doing any recolor/effect shift to this mod, I will maybe do a lite version in the upcomming days/weeks based on feedback.

  [] I want to look for a way to let you change color without hex editing.

  How to remove disturbing effect or change colors

  You can remove any of the file below if you dislike the associated effect.

  I will try to work on a system to let you customise colors without having to edit the efx file yourself.

  For now if you want to edit colors or remove/add effects I suggest you to read the guide from the modding wiki at the following adress:

  You will need a hex editor, I used the trial version of 010 editor and I liked it.

  Displaying effect on armor like the gala set is the fastest to check if you modified efx correctly as explained in the article.

  If you crash while modifying effect, don't panic, you will not corrupt your save because of this, but backing up save is strongly advised
