📋 About This Mod
This mod is a REFramework script that adds a Dragonheart (Valstrax set skill) indicator, a Heroics indicator, and a FelyneAdrenaline indicator to the healthbar.
The purple indicator only shows up if you have enough ranks of the Dragonheart skill to get the buff, and at the corresponding health percent (ex: 50%, 70%, or 80%).
The orange indicator only shows up if you have ranks of the Heroics skill, and at 35% of your current max health.
The yellow indicator only shows up if you have eaten for Felyne Adrenaline and is set at the 10 HP mark.
The lines indicate the max HP you can have while still having the buffs so you can roll out of your heals just in time. Check out the screenshots for a reference.
If they show up in a place they shouldn't, or don't show up in a place they should, hit me up with a post. Please also include the current status of the mod by looking at it in the REFramework Script Generated UI tab. For those more savvy, please also include a screenshot of your game with debug drawing (set debugdraws to true in the script).

cursecat for making other scripts for MHR that I may have learned how to write this one by scraping around with
GreenComfyTea since I stole their mod page writeup
This script adds health indicators for Monster Hunter Rise, showing the exact health thresholds needed to activate Dragonheart, Heroics, and Felyne Adrenaline skills when using the Valstrax set. It's a quality-of-life tool for players who want to optimize their low-health builds without guessing. With 615 endorsements and over 10k downloads, it's a proven utility.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 615 endorsements and over 10k downloads
- Solves a real problem: no more guessing health thresholds for low-health builds
- Lightweight script that doesn't alter gameplay, just adds visual clarity
⚠️ Cons
- Only works with the Valstrax set, so it's useless for other armor builds
- Last updated in January 2022, so it may not be compatible with the latest game patches
- Potential conflicts with other UI mods that modify health bar display
For Monster Hunter Rise players who run Valstrax set builds and want to precisely manage their health for Dragonheart, Heroics, or Felyne Adrenaline. If you're a casual player who doesn't min-max low-health skills, you can skip this. It's a niche utility for build optimizers.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to install this mod after any other UI mods to avoid overwriting changes
- Test the indicators in the training area to see the exact health thresholds before heading into a hunt
- If you're using a mod manager, enable this mod only for characters that use the Valstrax set to avoid clutter
