Place the script in your REFramework autorun folder or run manually. Buttons will appear in the Script Generated UI section of the REFramework window that will open editors for your currently assigned Buddies.
Use the dropdowns to change individual Skill slots or Support Moves:

]Support Moves can be customized if the Buddy is a Palico.Duplicate Skills are not supported as this confuses the Skill Memory and there is no benefit to multiple copies.
By deselecting the Force Legal Support Move Selection option, you can assign any Support Move to any slot. From my experimentation, all Moves will trigger whichever from any slot they're in, but having a Move in multiple slots doesn't seem to make them trigger more often, so there is no practical reason to do so. You may simply appreciate the aesthetics of 5x Giga Barrel Bombay. however.
Palico's Support Type can also be changed. If Legal Moves are enforced, this will determine the Moves for Slot 1 and Slot 5. Outside of that it may have other effects, e.g. changing the comments heard during Quests.
