Better Camera Distance - Player and Palamute Riding

Description

After searching for a camera mod that would allow me to make the distance further/closer based on the in-game camera slider, and only finding UberGrainy's closer camera mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterrise/mods/254?tab=description ) . I decided to make my own version and share it.

There are multiple versions to cater towards each user that may want different versions. With the camera in-game distance being between 0 to 100, this gives a nice percentage based approach.

Both a player option AND palamute option can be used, but do not try to use more than one of each as they will just overwrite each other.

Player Options - USE ONLY ONE

• []Default - 0 min distance and 200 max distance. (0% is 0, 100% is 200, goes in steps of 2 and provides most adjustable option)

  []Close - Fine - 0 min distance and 100 max distance (0% is 0, 100% is 100, goes in steps of 1)

  []Far - Fine - 100 min distance and 200 max distance (0% is 100, 100% is 200, goes in steps of 1)

  []Middle - Fine - 50 Min Distance and 150 max distance (0% is 50, 100% is 150, goes in steps of 1)

  []Outrageous - 0 min distance and 400 max distance (0% is 0, 100% is 400, goes in steps of 4, for those who want a crazy amount of distance)

  Palamute Options - USE ONLY ONE

  ONE HUGE NOTE: THIS IS TIED TO THE ABOVE PERCENTAGE SO YOU WILL NEED TO PICK A SENSIBLE DISTANCE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH AS THEY ARE TIED TO EACH OTHER E. G. 50% DISTANCE ON PLAYER OPTION, WILL BE 50% ON PALAMUTE OPTION.

  I recommend sticking with vanilla distance, or between close and far options. Help will not be given to get something "inbetween" as there are enough options I think to cater to each person.

  • []Default - 100 min distance and 125 max distance

    []Close - 0 min distance and 25 max distance

    []Close-Mid - 25 min distance and 50 max distance

    []Mid-Default - 50 min distance and 75 max distance

    []Default-Far - 125 min distance and 150 max distance

    []Far-Outrageous - 150 min distance and 200 max distance

    []Outrageous - 200 min distance - 250 max distance

    []Silly - 250 min distance - 300 max distance

    []Orbital - 300 min distance - 400 max distance

    This will be a PAK only version to avoid issues with fluffy manager.

    Installation

    1. Place into the MonsterHunterRise folder

    2. Rename the 00Y section to the next incremental number for patch .paks.
