Replace buildables

Description

Tired of packing a perfectly aligned conveyor just to place a different conveyor in exactly the same spot?

Now you may place a compatible construction ghost over an existing building. When replacement is possible, the ghost turns blue and a tooltip clearly shows what will happen:

Replace Straight Conveyor → Walled Straight ConveyorChoose the direction you want and place it normally. The new building is constructed and the old one is packed using the game’s normal systems

Most satisfying is to finally be able to place sorter inserter to a high-throughput line without any headache
