Mogul Upgrades

Get more out of your mining empire with Mogul Upgrades!

Add researchable upgrades to miners, blast furnaces, ore crushers, chunk busters and conveyors. Improve individual machines with faster processing, better resource recovery and specialised bonuses as your factory grows.

Unlock upgrades through the game's Research screen, then spend in-game money to install them on your machines.

Installation instructions

• []Install BepInEx 5 for Unity Mono in your MineMogul game folder if you haven’t already.[/]

  []Launch the game once, then close it.[/]

  []Extract the mod archive into the folder containing MineMogul.exe, merging the included

  BepInExfolder.[/]

  []Check that the plugin is located at:

  BepInEx/plugins/MineMogulMinerUpgrades/MineMogulMinerUpgrades.dll[/]

  []Launch the game and open [ T ] - Research to find the new upgrade branches.[/]

To install upgrades, interact with a supported machine and select Upgrades, or aim at it within four metres and press F7.

When updating, replace the existing DLL and make sure only one copy of the plugin is installed.

Three-tier upgrade progression

Each machine category has its own research branch with three upgrade tiers. Research unlocks upgrades for that machine type across your save, while installation costs apply to each individual machine.

Miner upgrades

Upgrade Small, Heavy and Rapid/Drill Auto Miners with:

• []Motor tuning: faster mining cycles.[/]

  []Gem prospecting: improved gem and geode selection chances on suitable deposits.[/]

  []Precision extraction: increased extraction success.[/]

  []Bit reinforcement: longer drill-bit life for the Rapid/Drill miner.[/]

Blast furnace upgrades

• []Thermal tuning: faster smelting.[/]

  []Ingot recovery: a chance to produce an additional matching ingot.[/]

  []Batch refinement: a chance to recover useful metal from mixed batches that would otherwise produce slag, where the batch contains a sufficient metal majority.[/]

Ore crusher and chunk buster upgrades

• []Increase processing speed and gain a chance for additional output from successful processing.[/]

Conveyor upgrades

• []Drive tuning: increased transport speed.[/]

  []Traction assist: increased acceleration to help move materials along the conveyor.[/]

  About the Upgrades and managing them

  Upgrades are designed to remain with machines when saved, picked up, packed and placed again. Upgraded inventory items are marked and occupy individual slots to keep their upgrade data separate.

  Refunds and configuration

  Remove installed upgrades for a full refund without losing your research progress. Change the menu shortcut and toggle upgrade particles in:

  BepInEx/config/com.pba.minemogul.minerupgrades.cfg
