Makes walls, rocks, and stalactites/mites mineable with the pickaxe.
MineMogul uses baked occlusion culling, though, so things will get blinky if you remove enough to see between rooms/cave areas
Removing this would increase GPU load heavily so I might make it a separate mod if you want to have it disabled
