Difficulty Changer

I fell in love with this game as soon as I started playing it, however after putting in 3000+ hours in Factorio I managed to beat MineMogul in a whopping 4 hours. With the game being early access I was looking for more replay-ability and this was my solution.

This mod adds a difficulty slider that changes how money is calculated in game. It is calculated like so: SellPrice * Multiplier = $$$

You can change the slider to any value between 0. 01 - 2. 0.

(Optional) Applies to quest rewards.

RECOMMENDED: Do not change the difficulty until you buy your first Autominer.

I have also provided 5 default difficulties that act as presets for easy navigation:

Easy = x2 money

Normal = x1 money

Hard = x0. 5 money

Extreme = x0. 1 money

HELL = x0. 01 money

Installation:

Download BepInEx_win_x64_5. 4. 23. 4.zip, open the zip, and drag and drop the contents into your game folder then run the game and close it.

Download BepInEx. ConfigurationManager_BepInEx5_v18. 4. 1.zip, open the zip, and drag and drop the contents into \MineMogul\BepInEx\plugins

Download this mod, open the zip, and drag and drop the contents into the game folder.

How to Use:

Once in game, press F1

Works with existing or new saves

Known issue: When player money is high, MineMogul rounds displayed money changes (>$100k: 0. 1, >$1M: $1). Analyzer shows exact cents; display may not.

If you have any issues, suggestions, or comments please leave the in the 'Posts' tab. I'm happy to troubleshoot what I can, but if you have multiple mods installed it's likely those are the issue and not this one. This mod is light, easy to load, and shouldn't clash with any other mods as far as I know.
