Sentries & Sentinel

# Sentries Adds a mob that randomly spawns at night, but only targets players with max armor points (or more) Also adds an optional boss with configurable loot. Sentries randomly spawn, and sometimes as Elite Sentries. They drop banners that can be consumed if in the inventory to apply withering effect to any given player attack or crafted with a shield to apply a withering thorns-like attack. Admins can also use ``` /sentinel summoner ``` to recieve a boss summon item. This boss's loot drops can be configured using ``` /sentinel loot ``` Sentires despawn during the day. They may also spawn riding a ravager. <details> <summary>Spoiler</summary> I created this for my own Minecraft Server to my specifications and needs. It is unlikely I will have much further development. Also, it was very much coded with AI, but I did rigorous testing and iterated it. The AI was just to speed things up and make everything okay syntax-wise.~~~~ </details>
