## Please Take a Moment to Understand Before Reporting

We kindly ask that you take the time to understand our work before choosing to report it. Our mod was created for people including children who have gone through difficult or traumatic experiences early in life, when their minds were still learning how to understand the world.

Regression has an important place in healing and self-expression, especially in games where it’s easier to relax and act younger without the stigma of “acting your age.” I personally experienced several forms of abuse at a young age, and much of what I include in this project is based on genuine medical treatments I received growing up. The mod draws inspiration from the UK’s NHS healthcare system, while the term TAR (Therapeutic Age Regression) comes from US medical terminology but is still understood in the UK.

When you falsely report our mod, you’re not only causing unnecessary strain on the platform but you’re also taking away something that truly helps people. Yes, some of those people are children. Imagine a young person who wants to safely relive a comforting part of their childhood within Minecraft, because they can’t talk about it openly at school. When you report and remove that opportunity, you take away one of the few safe outlets they have.

Please don’t misjudge what we’re doing. Our project is not connected to the ABDL,DDLG and Age Play communities and any other Adult Related communities. I am incontinent myself and I don’t enjoy needing to wear protection, but I do believe it’s important to represent medical realities with dignity and not ridicule. Unfortunately, some groups treat these issues as jokes, which makes it harder for real people with medical needs to feel seen and respected.

In our mod, items like protection have practical in-game benefits (for example, slow falling), allowing players to relax and enjoy the experience without worry. That’s the purpose for comfort, inclusion, and gentle healing through play.

• 📖 NappyCraft is a Minecraft mod designed to support therapeutic and accessibility-focused simulation play. It allows players to experience the game through the lens of individuals who may require nappies/diapers due to medical needs, disability, or as part of Therapeutic Age Regression (TAR) practices.

This mod provides a respectful, non-sexual environment where users can explore self-care routines, developmental roleplay, and caregiving dynamics in a light, supportive way. NappyCraft may also offer comfort to individuals managing continence-related conditions in real life, by allowing them to represent those experiences in-game.

NappyCraft was developed with inclusivity and accessibility in mind. It supports users with various needs from those using Therapeutic Age Regression (TAR) for emotional regulation or stress relief, to individuals who want to represent their medical realities authentically within Minecraft.

Depending on where you are in the world TAR is known as different things, here in the UK it's a part of different Therapys what can run as the full treatment but this could include Play Therapy, Regression/Creative Therapies, Attachment-Based Therapy and/or Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) ### Why do you state non-sexual? Over time, some communities have associated nappies/diapers with adult, fetish content. Because of this, it has unfortunately become necessary to clearly state that NappyCraft is non-sexual.

This mod is not connected to those spaces. It is focused on accessibility, inclusion, and age regression as a coping mechanism. The terminology used within the mod reflects therapeutic and supportive contexts, not adult themes.

We recognise that this overlap has affected public understanding, it’s important to be clear about intent. NappyCraft exists to provide a safe, respectful environment for players who use these mechanics for medical, comfort, or mental health reasons.

We do not support adult related communities at all, our work is all Age Regression Therapy Based to help stress and trauma and including disabled people in the gaming space.
