A relatively small Mixin-based patch mod that allows Forge capabilities in (https://modrinth.com/mod/ae2) and (https://modrinth.com/mod/powah) to properly invalidate themselves at the end of their life cycle. This fixes interactions between AE2 and certain mods which refuse to listen to neighbour updates as a contingency measure.
