Bobby Legacy

This is (https://modrinth.com/mod/bobby) ported to 1.12.2. Bobby works by caching loaded chunks in a folder called **/minecraft/.bobby**. Real chunks sorround the player and cached chunks beyond the simulation distance are not tickable. This mod does some of what these mods do already.
