Simple Portable Beacon

# | DESCRIPTION | Adds a new item allowing you to set up a temporary beacon anywhere by dropping the item on the ground. It will also trigger on death, making it easy to get back to your death location. The recipe below will not be shown in the in-game recipe book until crafted, so make sure you reference this page or have a mod to show the recipe. The beam will go through blocks above it, and will move with the item if moved in water or with a piston. Stack size is limited to 1.
