Changes every 4 direction basic attack to be 8 directions like butcher's, this also lets some enemies do diagonal attacks
Changes all basic attacks that aim in 4 directions to instead aim in 8 directions like butcher's basic attack (this also applies to thief and collarless straight shot) doesn't change tinkerer's weapons, also any enemy with the collarless melee basic attack can hit diagonally as an unintentional side effect
